The Willcox Collective is a Cambridge-based international Collective of highly skilled photographers & videographers working collaboratively to manage and create visual content for business.

We specialise in supplying photographers and videographers alongside project management and visual brand consultancy to all types of businesses, from Fortune 500 to micro businesses and entrepreneurs.

We specialise in working with entrepreneurs and professional individuals. Our photographers and videographers are highly skilled in creating personality-driven content which clients can use as part of their social media, websites, and marketing materials. Our studio does not offer couples, family, pets, or baby photography.

**Outline of the role**

This is a very exciting opportunity to learn the whole process of studio portrait photography. You’ll be taught how to find suitable clients for our headshot and brand portrait packages, leads generation, pitch for work, sales calls, portrait photography, editing and delivery.

We’re looking for a confident and creative individual who loves people. Prior experience with portrait photography and studio lighting is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

We are looking for an individual who has outstanding communication skills, lots of creativity and an empathetic personality.

This role would suit someone who’s a student or looking to start their own freelance photography business.

- Research and source new clients
- Management of our CRM system
- Sales calls (video, phone and in-person)

- Experience in customer services
- Sales experience would be beneficial

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week
