We are looking for a Senior/ Principal Planner to join our successful and established team, working on a range of projects. The successful applicant should have at least 5 years post graduate experience and be a member of the RTPI. Specifically, you will:

- Possess excellent knowledge of the planning system and related legislation,
- Have experience of project management include overseeing external consultants with regards to range of disciplines such as highways, site investigations, drainage, FRA’s, ecology, landscaping etc,
- Have good communication skills,
- Have excellent report writing skills and be able to _work_ under pressure and meet deadlines,
- Be able to build and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
