(Jh-162) Disability Assessor

**Salary Range: £35,000 - £38,000**
- Conduct 3 phone calls, video calls, and/or face-to-face assessments with patients to evaluate their mobility, abilities, and activities
- Create reports with supporting documents from GPs, hospitals, etc., to send to the DFC to aid in their decision-making for those who require Personal Independence Payment
- Work from home during standard office hours (no more 12-hour shifts) to provide you with the ideal work-life balance

**Requirements**:

- 1-year post-registration experience as a Nurse, Doctor, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic
- Valid NMC, HCPC, or GMC registration
- Microsoft Office skills
