The role involves all the administrative challenges of supporting a business, handling diverse projects and programs. The role is multi-faceted and would suit an individual who thrives on variety and responsibility but appreciates the necessity for key tasksand schedules.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of properties and thereby the relationship between the Company and its Clients.
- Management and provision of a full cycle Property Management service to a geographically varied portfolio. Including; carrying out site inspections, assisting with the preparation of service charge budgets, managing works, issuing legal notices and dealingwith contractors.
- Site inspections; circa 1 day a week on the road.
- Tenant Management:
- Meeting new & prospective tenants both on and off site; assisting with & handling viewings, lease signing and key handovers.
- Assisting with end of term property checks, dilapidations and key returns.
- Compilation, issuing and management of Lease’s, Licences, and other associated documentation.
- Liaising and keeping track of contractors working on various renovation, refurbishment and repair projects across the portfolio, whilst minimising disruption to tenants.
- Involvement in building maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Keep up to date property records on company computer system.
- Regular researching of places and property.
- Working with the Directors on projects as required.
- Ideally educated to A level or equivalent; or established/proven experience in similar position/environment as required by the position.
- Experience within the property industry an advantage / legal regulations / leases / facilities management type of roles.
- Strong literacy and numerical skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office; word, excel.
- Friendly demeanour and positive outlook
**Hours** - Monday - Thursday - 9am - 4pm & Friday 9am - 1pm
**Salary** - Extremely competitive & negotiable depending on experience.
