We are currently seeking a Full Time Team Leader to Oversee all daily operations within the used parts business related to heavy goods vehicle dismantling at our Ballyclare site.

**About The Role**

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all daily operations within the used parts business related to heavy goods vehicle dismantling
- Ensure all visitors are greeted in a polite and friendly manner, providing a positive customer experience
- Ensure accurate pricing of goods and timely invoicing upon departure
- Oversee the quality checking and washing of goods before departure to maintain high standards
- Ensure prompt removal of waste from the site and proper invoicing for waste disposal services
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-organized site always
- Ensure completion of de-pollution records for each vehicle
- Completing the site diary checklist daily
- Supervising the completion of Internal Branch Transfers (IBTs) for goods and their distribution to other depots
- Updating delivery driver sheets with accurate information
- Ensure all outbound orders are processed and completed on time
- Ensure that all workshop sales are properly invoiced through the MAM system
- Oversee and ensure the completion of weekly perpetual stock checks
- Follow up on marketing leads in a professional manner
- Ensure that all health and safety measures are in place and adhered to by the team
- Safely oversee the loading of export or bulk orders and ensure invoices are properly attached

**Required Criteria**
- Sound mechanical knowledge of Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGV’s) is essential
- Familiarity with inventory management and invoicing systems
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in pricing and documentation
- Possess a proactive, flexible and methodical approach to work
- Be self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure using their own initiative
- Be able to manage their time effectively
- Possess demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Possess a full, valid driving licence

**Desired Criteria**
- Previous experience of HGV dismantling or working within this environment is highly desirable
- Previous experience of supervising/leading a team would be advantageous
- Knowledge of de-pollution processes and health and safety regulations would be desirable
