**Orthodontic Therapist - Citident Dental Practice, MK6 4AT**

**Citident Dental Centre, part of the A&U Dental Group, is looking for a Orthodontic Therapist to join their highly experienced, energetic and forward-looking team.**

We are part of a family-owned dental group currently with 7 practices. The group is supported by a finance and marketing department; and focuses heavily on clinical development through it’s development programme - **A&U Evolve**. We currently comprise of approximately 45 associates, 5 therapists and 2 foundation dentists. A number of specialists work in our group from endodontists to implant and oral surgeons. Our vision is to make every practice a specialist centre that focuses on the patient experience.

**Role**:Part-time, Permanent

Hours: Starting at 2 days a month possibly more days in future this includes a Saturday.

Experience in Damon System, Invisalign/Spark preferable but not necessary.

What we are looking for: We will be starting an orthodontic list from scratch so the diary may be light to begin with, so we want someone who will help us in the contracted hours to reach out to local schools to establish relationships and build a referral base.
- Clinical experience, orthodontic knowledge, performing high quality orthodontic services, whilst assisting orthodontists in various procedures
- Excellent organisational and clinical skills, with the ability to plan and manage workloads.
- Experience managing relationships with patients.
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and flexible approach to work
- Good practical skills together with good common sense

**The Practice**:

- An experienced and supportive single-site practice manager
- **£12,000+** spent on **marketing** annually e.g. Google Ads
- **300+ Google Reviews** & a strong focus on patient experience
- 6 surgery practice with an **i-Tero & OPG**:

- Fully **digitalised** currently using iPads in every surgery. iPads are used to show portfolios, visual animations and sign treatment plans
- A strong **Clinical team** spearheaded by the Group Clinical Manager, including a lead dentist for every practice.
- Long-serving, dedicated and highly experienced team
- Ideally located in Milton Keynes with a train station a short distance away.

**Development opportunities within the group**:

- The practice has support of a **Group Clinical Manager,** Dr. Christine Battison, a dentist with 20+ years experience in dentistry.
