**About Our Client**:
Our client is a leading sports nutrition business that develops, manufactures, and markets innovative nutrition products for professional athletes, sports and fitness enthusiasts and the gym lifestyle community. The company has two highly regarded brands: PhD Nutrition, a premium protein brand targeting the gym lifestyle and sports enthusiasts, and SiS, a leading brand among elite athletes and professional sports teams.

Working Hours/Days: 40 hours

Permanent/Temporary: Permanent

Location: Blackburn**Core Objectives**
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our key accounts. You will work with the head of department and the senior management team to process, manage and own orders from pre order to delivery for some our biggest retail customers. This role is key to building a positive relationship and delivering a world class experience. Meeting strict deadlines, maximising order value, and handling all communications with the customer.
- Ensure all key dates are agreed and met working alongside supply chain.
- Play a key part in driving OTIF measure and identifying any blockers in place from hitting this. Ensuring this is reported to the customer after each order.
- Manage all orders through SAP ensuring 100% accuracy and managing all customer data.
- Control the customer order book including samples and back orders.
- Assist in monthly reporting and process reviews.
- Undertaking ad hoc projects and tasks as required by the retail commercial team and customer.
- Work with Logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods, including correspondence with 3rd party clearance and logistics companies.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Good Commercial acumen and an understanding of the full order to despatch process
- Knowledge of account management and stakeholder management
- Experience in working cross functionally to achieve the best outcome for the customer
- Experience in a customer facing role with key business accounts
- Evidence of a "get it done" attitude when time is tight, and stakes are high
- A natural communicator both oral and written with experience of negotiating and influencing others across departments tailoring the message dependent on audience
- Hands on and a passionate leader with excellent interpersonal skills - you build rapport quickly and connect with staff at all levels
- You will be highly determined, self-motivated, enthusiastic, methodical, articulate, well presented person and able to convey complex information
