We are hiring a Pharmacy Senior Quality Officer to assist in ensuring that Richmond Pharmacology is fully compliant with all regulations and can deliver high quality data for all of our clinical studies.

**Title**: Pharmacy Senior Quality Officer

**Location**: London Bridge, SE1

Reporting into the Senior Qualified Person, this role will provide support and directions in relation to everyday RPL Pharmacy department work. Working closely with the Qualified Person(s) and the Pharmacy Manager to ensure delivery of high-quality clinical products for individuals participating into clinical trials in compliance with applicable regulations and internal Pharmaceutical Quality System.

**Responsibilities**
- Review and Release Clinical Trial Products including Raw Materials, Bulk, Intermediate and Finished Products in accordance with the RPL Pharmaceutical Quality System.
- Support further development of RPL Pharmaceutical Quality System.
- Provide day to day quality and compliance support to the Pharmacy department. including issue management deviations and associated CAPAs, change controls and Risk Management
- Assist with Preparation, review and approval of Standard operating procedures and Work instructions.
- Support vendor management program including creation and review of Quality Agreements with vendors and suppliers.
- Provide support to the RPL’s Audit (internal and external) and Regulatory Inspection readiness programs.
- Set up KPIs and data Metrics and present for review where required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Science (BS) in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or other relevant discipline, QP or Pharmacist Eligibility / Qualification would be a plus.
- Pharmaceutical or allied industry experience (5-8 years) including direct involvement / supervision in Investigational Medicinal Product (IMP) preparation, dispensing and Quality Control / Assurance.
- Demonstrated experience in providing QA support to GMP operations including working within GCP interface as required.
- Experience with electronic management systems (set up and day-to-day use) would be a plus.
- Previous experience in dealing with Regulatory Agencies (eg Investigational Medicinal Product dossier submissions.
- Ability to work with others as well as independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Able to communicate well at all levels in the organization.
- Expected to possess a high degree of problem-solving ability.
