**Trainee Team Co-Ordinator**
**Key Role Accountabilities**:
- Booking of meetings including meeting room, catering and ensuring necessary paperwork provided to attendees in advance.
- Creating schedules for visiting clients to include meetings, accommodation and hospitality and ensuring necessary marketing material and merchandise is on hand.
- Supporting team with all work required for client pitches including creating of slide decks.
- To attend and contribute to the weekly support team meetings to ensure key events, priorities and client meetings are communicated to wider team. The team support each other with managing workloads.
- Assist team in ensuring timely completion of expense submissions and to have a thorough understanding of the Ardonagh Specialty expenses policy.
- To work closely with team on various workstreams, projects and ad hoc tasks including offsite events and corporate hospitality.
- To work closely with team on key overseas industry events.
- To cover for other members of the Business Support Team during annual leave.
- To build and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- _IT systems - knowledge of Microsoft Office is required_

- _Willing to put in hard work and additional hours when required_
- _Excellent attention to detail_
- _Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team_
- _Ability to work across several projects at a time_
- _Able to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines, sometimes at short notice_
- _Ability to work under pressure to deliver accurate results_
- _Excellent communication skills_
- _Eagerness to develop skills and grow the role_
- _A positive, can do attitude with a good sense of humour would make a great fit to this team_
