**Dior Fragrance Specialist**

**MISSION AND PURPOSE**

A Dior Fragrance Specialist represents the House of Dior to the highest standard, an expert in their role promoting Fragrance with passion and embodying the Dior Brand. As an integral member of the Dior team, they demonstrate a strong Dior attitude, representing the brand as an ambassador to the highest level and striving to succeed within their role. The purpose of a Fragrance Specialist is to provide an unforgettable client experience, offer the best-in-class service and achieve defined sales targets whilst promoting the Brand image to the highest standard within our Flagship store.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

**PROMOTING DIOR**
- Conduct in store and/or remote selling activities, acting as a Dior Fragrance personal shopper
- Offer Dior products by meeting our client’s needs and providing a memorable experience through the highest standard of service throughout the client experience. Always execute the brand D.I.O.R. method:

- Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both at the backwall and through active traffic-stopping
- Identify and understand customers needs to offer the correct products to fulfil the client’s expectation
- Propose and demonstrate personalised products to offer the highest standard of service and conduct this perfectly. Propose complementary products within category and cross category to offer the client a multi axe approach.
- Communicate passionately and educate clients on the brand and products
- Achieve retail sales targets (in store and remote) and deliver Fragrance KPIs on a weekly / monthly basis
- Master Brand, Category and Competition Knowledge

**CLIENT EXPERIENCE AND MANAGEMENT**
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients in store and remotely
- Engage new clients to the brand through strong client interaction
- Register client’s data through Dior VIP and ensure reachability. Perform all CRM and clienteling activities
- Leverage Dior content and tools (Dior Connect & IPOS) to drive traffic, develop client loyalty and take actions

**BACKWALL OPERATIONS**
- Monitor stock levels daily to ensure appropriate levels. Report insufficient stock.
- Follow Dior merchandising guidelines at the backwall and maintain high levels of housekeeping
- Operate cash registers to close the sale with clients
- Carry out all assigned operational and administrative task
- Maintain good working relationships with retailers
- Respect both Dior and host store policies and procedures (attendance, punctuality ) in addition to Dior grooming guidelines

**MAIN CHALLENGES**
- Working within a competitive environment
- Having a strong ability to overcome the challenges during lower periods of footfall and equally manage a fast-paced environment during peak trade
- Managing both store online system and in store sales
- High métier knowledge and service level expectations
- Ability to acquire the skill set required to manage digital tools as part of the daily job role

**REPORTING AND INTERACTIONS**

**Reports to**:Business Manager, Assistant Business Manager, Team Leader or Area Manager **Cross-functional collaboration**: Collaborates with other team members and, when needed, with retailer’s staff or free-lancers.

**QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCIES**

**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Previous professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally in the luxury industry
- Proven track record in excelling retail results & of working within a luxury retail environment

**EDUCATION AND SKILLS**
- Preferably at least a high school graduate
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment or Fragrance background
- Good writing and communication skills, fluent in “local language”
- Good digital and IT skills
