My client is embarking on a HUGE Oracle transformation project worth £7.5M, and they need a motivated and excited Finance Analyst to work alongside the Finance teams.

**The Role**

Your main role will be to work within the Exchequer section of the Corporate Finance Department, comprising of a team of 6, to administer the Sales and Purchase Ledgers, Corporate Purchasing Cards, Special Constabulary expenses, reimbursement of Propertymonies and dealing with all queries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Input and maintain timely and accurate financial information using financial information systems
- Processing payables invoices / proforma including the V1 Invoice Solution
- Inputting receivables invoices and receipts
- Administering corporate purchase card and disbursement account
- General clerical duties, photocopying, filing, scanning

**You**

To be successful for this role, you will need to have a mixture of the following skills & experience:

- Experience of working in a finance environment
- Experience in dealing with VAT processes and Procure to Pay processes
- Experience of using a computerised financial information system
- Computer literate with experience of using spreadsheets
- Experience of good customer service and communication
