Part-time Hotel Night Porter

A hotel based near Thatcham is seeking for a Night Porter to join their team. This will be working from 11pm - 7am, 2 to 3 nights a week.

The night porter will provide an efficient and courteous service to the hotel’s guests and colleagues throughout the night, ensuring the environment is safe and secure.

Previous experience of working at night, in a similar environment and having responsibilities for health & safety procedures would be desirable.

Duties
To conduct routine Health & Safety checks in order to comply with statutory and legal requirements for Fire, Health & Safety.
Assisting with the setup of conference meeting rooms as required, ensuring they meet any specific requirements and Brand Standards Conducting late night arrival check in’s and early morning check out’s at Reception. Ensuring the hotel is kept clear and tidy throughout the night, by conducting regular checks of the building, rest facilities and bar areas.

To help out on reception, checking guests in and out when required
Ability to work under pressure
Attention to detail and able to multi task with excellent communication

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
