We are a leading producer of printed point of sale material. With an enviable blue chip client base made up of high profile retailers and brands. Our aim is to provide a complete service to the client, not available from any competitors.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to work on our Panotec Machines, producing packing boxes for our busy packing department. The Panotec machines convert sheets of corrugated board into finished boxes to set sizes which are programmed in to the machines. The role will involve ensuring the machines are kept loaded with corrugated board, inputting the required size information, ensuring finished boxes are stacked, labelled and wrapped correctly and general cleaning and maintenance of the machines.

**Main Purpose of Job**:

- To operate and maintain the Panotec machines to the production plan and the recommended Panotec schedule.
- To ensure that all production materials are controlled effectively and efficiently.
- To maintain the stock control system promptly and accurately.
- Maintain professional standards and good housekeeping throughout the department.
- To operate the Fork Lift truck as and when required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To operate the Panotec machines in the most efficient manner possible at all times.
- To follow the production plan for all box production.
- To produce ONLY to the spec and quantity as detailed on the work ticket.
- To maintain accurately the information on the MIS system in an accurate and timely manner.
- To operate forklifts to unload goods from transport and distribute to the appropriate location.
- To maintain good housekeeping, observing health & safety requirements.
- To complete any documentation in accordance with Company procedures.
- To assist with stock-taking procedures including daily PI checks, as required.
- Any other duties reasonably requested by Kolorcraft Management.
- To action Health & Safety daily checks on Forklift Trucks, and weekly Health & Safety checks i.e., hydraulic, oil, water on Forklift Trucks and to complete and sign the appropriate documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.42-£11.42 per hour
