Responsibilities:

- Provide direct support and care to individuals with learning disabilities in their own home and in the wider community.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Implement individualized care plans and support goals
- Promote independence and community integration for individuals with disabilities, including accessing public transport, going to day centres and support in engaging in various social activities.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided

**Requirements**:

- At least one year's experience of working with people with learning disabilities
- Previous experience of working with autistic individuals an advantage.
- Knowledge of person-centered care principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, able to drive a manual car.**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: £11.15-£12.00 per hour
