**Purpose of the **Role**

You will be working in a busy Dispatch Team, achieving high standards in terms of quality, safety, and output. Meeting food safety legality, and health and safety standards is also essential.

We make a variety of Bakery products for some of the biggest retailers in the UK and the Foodservice sector.

**Some of the Role Key Accountabilities (including but not limited to) are**:

- Pick finished products for all customers.
- Ensure all product is scanned where relevant and correctly labelled.
- Dispatch the product in a timely fashion.
- Full Training on factory supply chain systems will be given.
- Be prepared to drive a fork lift after training.
- Address and reporting any issues to the shift Planner immediately.
- Adhering to quality and GMP standards.
- Adopt a ‘Clean as You Go’ policy at all times, which means taking pride in keeping your area of work clean, tidy and safe.
- Follow all Health and Safety process and policy requirements to prevent accidents not only within the team but across the site, and reporting near misses and hazards immediately
- Work in a team to ensure the performance targets (KPI’s) and standards relevant to the area being worked in are achieved, successfully pass internal and external audit standards, Hygiene Standards, Quality Standards and zero accidents
- Factory planning would be required using Excel
- Work flexibly with the business to manage changes regarding over runs on production
- Perform related duties as assigned by the shift planner
