- Advising new and existing customers on the best storage solution for their particular needs
- Letting of rooms
- Selling of merchandise
- Selling of insurance
- Following up enquiries
- Managing existing accounts and general administrative tasks
- Processing of cash / card and BACS payments
- Credit Control
- Develop and sustain sales activities to ensure maximum profit is achieved

Operational Responsibilities
- Ensuring the store presents itself to a high standard of cleanliness and appearance
- Conduct daily health and safety checks and complete any ad hoc basic maintenance tasks
- Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Live within 30 minutes travelling time of the store
- Hold a full driving licence (preferred)

**Essential Skills**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales and/or retail environment
- Excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate with people from all walks of life
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis and the ability to interpret financial and

statistical data
- Computer literate
- Possess strong selling and communication skills
- A hands on and CAN-DO attitude

Preferred but not Essential Experience within: Self-Storage / Removals / Retail / Direct Sales / Customer Services / Financial Services**Hours of Work**40 hours per week, rota shifts during store opening times of:

- Monday to Friday 08.00 to 19.00
- Saturday 09.00 to 18.00
- Sunday 10.00 to 16:00
