We have a new opportunity to join our team as a Supervisor within our Kitchens and Bathrooms Department. In this role you will effectively supervise the team to ensure delivery of a high-quality service through management of performance and day to day activities meeting the required service expectations and legislative standards.
**Working Hours**: Full time, 40 hours per week
**Salary**: between £29,000 - £32,000 dependent on experience
**Location**: Norfolk - **You will be required to drive for this role**

**Main Responsibilities include**:
- Overseeing all aspects of Health and Safety, ensuring compliance with current regulations and regulatory standards. (e.g. Gas Safety Regs, NICEIC, OFTEC, MCS, Building Control)
- Supporting the delivery of the effective use of resources to ensure all jobs are completed to a high standard first time, on time and within budget
- Ensuring performance management processes are carried out effectively
- Ensuring service and quality standards are compliant with current relevant regulations, contract terms and customer expectations
- Working closely with Management to improve service, achieve company growth aims and improve brand awareness.
- To manage and control expenditure within agreed budgets and proactively manage P&L to ensure profitability including responsibility for maintaining stocks of materials, ensuring accurate records are kept of both usage and requisitions, and authorising requisitions within budgets.
- To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and feedback are attained for servicing, responsive and planned works and be responsible for meeting all key performance indicators.
- To monitor and manage the day-to-day operational management of Team Leaders and Engineers across all business areas of all work-related activities involved with the works.
- To investigate and resolve customer complaints. Promote high standards of customer care throughout the Team and with external partners.
- To assist in undertaking Client liaison activities, where required, including formal contract meetings, designs and estimates
- To assist in providing accurate reports on all areas of performance and assist in actively managing performance of the Engineers and any sub
- contractors to produce benefits for the organisation and our customers.
- To monitor job costings across all gas related contracts and make recommendations to maximise economy, effectiveness and efficiency.
- To conduct regular 121s, provide ongoing technical support, understand career aspirations, and ensuring the health and wellbeing of the team
- To compile and deliver toolbox talks with the support of team leaders ensuring all compliance and operation issues are covered on a monthly basis
- To support the recruitment and onboarding new team members, taking ownership, and supporting the probation process as necessary
- Proven experience of supervising teams delivering Kitchen & Bathroom works
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Understanding of quality standards and compliance
- Budget Management
- Experience of working within a Social housing organisation
- Detailed and wide-ranging knowledge of Health and Safety legislation

- Ability to plan and organise work; balancing conflicting priorities to ensure that tasks are completed on time and of a high quality

- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
- Full UK Driving Licence
**Desirable Qualifications**:
- H&S Qualification such as SSSTS
- NVQ Level 3 or higher in team leader or supervisor or equivalent
