**Details/Duties**:

- Lead and support the Project Control team to ensure the highest quality of Project execution is achieved at the optimum cost.
- Priorities and plan workload through effective utilisation of people.
- Reviewing contracts and purchase orders from clients to understand all aspects and dynamics affecting the project.
- Lead and coach the Project Control team inclusive of personal development of each team member.
- Establish strong relationships while acting as the primary focal point with CPY Management for the project control activities.
- Act as the primary focal point with other Azule Contract and PBS leaders on Project Control activities
- Maintain regular interaction with CPY to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage / ensure appropriate reporting on all activities, focused on KPI data with narrative summarising key actions status.
- Assess and size adequately the resources required to perform all activities within area of responsibility.
- Foster a climate of improvement, where innovation is actively encouraged and supported.

**Qualifications/Experience required**:

- Proven oil & gas industry experience in a similar position.
- Languages - English
- Certification - People Management

**Technical Competencies required**:

- Previous experience of projects within Oil & Gas industry.
- Estimating project experience.
- Demonstrate strong capabilities in Microsoft Office programmes and M-Power
- Budget management.
- Project scheduling.
- Strong ability to prioritise and structure work tasks accordingly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team working, building and maintaining effective relationships.
- HSE and Quality awareness.
- Ability to produce high quality work under strict deadlines.
