Senior Wood Machinist

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Wood Machinist to join our team as a Senior Wood Machinist. As a Senior Wood Machinist, you will be responsible for setting, programming, trouble shooting, and operating various CNC wood machines, including Weinig and SCM multi-head moulders to manufacture Engineered Wood Flooring, ensuring safe and efficient production operations.

**Duties & Key Responsibilities**:

- Programming, setting and operating CNC wood machines.
- Reading and working to technical drawings.
- Working to tight tolerances, producing high precision work.
- Maintain 6S standard for all production areas.
- Adhere to all requirements of the company Health, Safety and Environmental Policy.
- Support environmental sustainability initiatives within the company.
- Previous experience as a Wood Machinist (Preferably Time Served).
- Have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grade C or higher.
- Forklift licence an advantage (training can be provided).

**Offer**:

- Wage up to £32k per year depending on experience.
