**Behaviour Mentor - Leighton Buzzard**
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized behaviour plans for students
- Providing direct instruction and coaching to students in areas such as social skills, self-regulation, and problem-solving
- Collaborating with teachers and other school staff to support the academic and social-emotional needs of students
- Monitoring student progress and making adjustments to intervention plans as needed
- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as education, psychology, or social work
- Experience working with students with challenging behaviours in a school setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- The ability to think critically and problem-solve
- A positive and proactive approach to behaviour management
