As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Bearing King, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and driving sales. You will be responsible for managing our website, improving its performance, and executing marketing campaigns to attract and engage customers.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Website Management**:

- Oversee the design, functionality, and maintenance of the company website.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
- Monitor website performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

**2. Content Creation and Management**:

- Develop, edit, and publish engaging content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the company's branding and messaging.
- Coordinate with internal and external contributors to generate fresh and relevant content.

**3. Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Monitor social media performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.

**5. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Provide regular reports and recommendations to management to support data-driven decision making.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with the bearings and power transmission industry is a plus.

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rotherham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 3 years (preferred)
- Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
