We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at RUSH Horsham as an experienced Front of House team member / Receptionist. We are looking for someone to work part time, approx 24 hours per week, across Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday.

**The Role**

You’ll be a valued team member at the heart of day-to-day salon life. You’ll be the face of the salon; you’ll respond to customer care, and you’ll set the scene for every client that enters and leaves our salons.

To succeed in this role, you will be customer-centric, proactive, able to multi-task & have a positive can-do attitude. You’ll strive to provide the very best client experience and support your salon manager in the overall operation of the salon.
- Have **previous experience** within a front of house or receptionist role
- Be an efficient **multi-tasker** able to maintain a **high level of service **at all times
- Have experience with **social media** and be happy to take ownership of these channels
- Be a key support to improve the overall **performance of the salon**:

- Maintain **high standards** from answering the phone in a timely manner, to product and business knowledge, to ensure all clients are looked after in the RUSH way
