College Caretaker

Gi Group Derby are currently recruiting for Caretakers / Handy persons for a large Education Facility based at Pride Park, Derby City Centre.
An ENHANCED DBS is essential for this role, We can accept an enhanced DBS with a child workforce check that has been issued in the past 1 year to start but we will need to update your DBS which will have to be a cost to yourself of £46.00
Monday - Friday on a weekly rotating shift basis working 2 shift patterns, 0600-1400 & 1300-2100
Responsibilities of the role include; ADHOC maintenance jobs, such as fixing handles and patching walls and some painting, also moving furniture from site to site in a work vehicle, patrolling the car park and assisting with opening and locking up of sites.
Experience in a similar role or school is ideal. We require responsible and reliable workers, with a nice personality and hardworking ethics.
References will be required.
Temporary to Permanent for the right person starting on £9.90 per hour.
