**About us**

Based on the Finnish concept of wood-fired cooking and community dining, KOTA offers warm and inviting hospitality for the local neighbourhood featuring a chargrilled selection of ethical meats, sustainable fish and plant-based dishes. The venue will have three defined areas, **the speciality coffee shop featuring third wave coffee**, fresh juices and smoothies and an artisanal selection of light bites on the go. The kitchen features our chargrilled menu, which will be serving from breakfast right through to late evening snacks, and everything in between. Expect brunches on the weekend and a stunning Sunday roast. The bar, roof terrace, and beer garden showcase an innovative menu of herb, fruit, spice and bean cocktails that feature a homemade element in every drink, be it an aromatic, sweet syrup, a rich infusion or a fragrant shrub. KOTA is brought to you from the same people behind the much-loved Cambridge institution NOVI with both brands focus being independent, local and environmentally conscious.

We are looking for a barista in a busy, customer-focused environment, speciality coffee with an on-site roastery.

This is an exciting new opening

We are an existing local independent operator taking over the Food & Beverage operations for a new hotel in Eddington Cambridge.

We are looking for:

- An experienced barista, with a passion for coffee & thirst for knowledge.
- Hard working, customer focused, charismatic people

- Flexibility, able to work weekends
