The Quality Training Programme Director in Public Health will support the Head of School in the School’s strategic development of quality training.

The post holder will lead on maintaining and continuously improving the quality of Public Health training in the North West.

The post holder will be a member of the School Board.

To lead the development of a high-quality core learning programme for registrars on the public health training programme.

To provide assurance that existing training placements remain high quality and facilitate the introduction of new placements.

To create and promote shared learning opportunities to increase effective inter-professional working across the School.

To lead the development of a high-quality support programme for Educational Supervisors

To support leadership development amongst public health registrars

To create opportunities to gain key skills less easily obtained in the new hybrid working environment
