Conference and Banqueting Supervisor

Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa is certainly a unique destination in West Yorkshire with a distinctly alpine feel. The hotel is the UK's largest log cabin with 16 bedrooms, 28 log cabins and 4 lodges.

Chevin Country Park offers a range of conference and banqueting events, from small private dinners to luxurious weddings and everything in between Weddings are our main business, hosting over 120 every year

We are looking for a Conference and Banqueting events supervisor to support various events. Most of our events are at weekends, so this role will involve working weekends.

Main Duties include:

- Supervise assigned events and ensure the smooth service from the start to finish.
- Ensure all event spaces are set up according to the details specified on the function sheets
- Support event organisers to make their meeting or event a success
- Liase with events office, kitchen and other departments to ensure any changes or details are communicated
- Develop the team with training
- Set up, Breakdown and service of the bar
- Cash handling, Till management end of day cash up and reports
