**Role**: Claims & Fraud Investigator (Remote)
**Salary**: £26,000- £27,000
**Location**:Work from home/ Remote
**Hours of work**:40 working hours per week (5 days a week)
**About the role**:
In this role you’ll be working for the most recognised, global leading company specialising in Technology Protection. The company have a global team of over 14,000 employees with a system that operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. As a Claims & FraudAgent, you will have the responsibility to deliver the highest level of quality support to their vast consumer base of 280 million. This exciting role will most definitely utilise your problem solving, investigation & customer service skills.**Working Hours:**
Mon
- Fri (8am
- 7pm)
Sat
- Sun (9am
- 6pm)
2 weekends per month is a requirement.

**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure that customers are always treated fairly and in accordance with the core values of the company
- To ensure response to claims, as the customer would reasonably expect, accordance to policy
- To assess claims that have been escalated for adjudication, against agreed business rules and using a range of tools
- To record evidence and decision making, within the tools provided, which supports an adjudication decision
- To update customer records promptly & ensure that the company’s staff, who have contact with customers, are equipped with all the right information to be able to assist customers.
- To hold investigation conversations with customers to clarify information as necessary prior to approving ort denying a claim
- To complete claim completion processes in some cases where an approval to proceed is the outcome
- To contribute to the ongoing development of the adjudication process through proactive feedback

**Experience & skills required**:

- Preferably minimum of 3 years’ experience of working within Claims Investigation, Insurance & Telecommunications Industry
- Preferred experience in Financial Services Industry
- Great investigation skills & eye a for detail
- Strong Microsoft skills (Word/Excel, etc)
- Excellent communication (verbal/ written)
- Outstanding time management & multi-tasking skills

**Qualifications**:

- 5 GCSE/ A-levels which **must** include English & Maths
- Diploma/ Degree in relevant area or significant experience in a similar role (preferred)
- No additional professional qualifications required
