Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and address them promptly
- Install, repair, and maintain fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in a similar role as a maintenance person or maintenance technician
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with logic
- Ability perform basic carpentry tasks
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
