**Job description**- The postholder will undertake research in line with the School’s research strategy and will teach & supervise students enrolled on master's programmes especially applied behaviour analysis (ABA), autism spectrum disorders (ASD), and special educational needs (SEN) Master's pathways.- Hold a Degree in Psychology, Sociology or Education.
- Hold or are about to obtain a PhD in Education or cognate discipline.
- Are a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) or UKBA (Cert).
- Have a publication record (including papers in press) commensurate with stage of career that is REF returnable.
- Have evidence of contributions to behaviour analytic and/or autism and/or SEN research projects, e.g., writing final reports etc appropriate to stage of career.
- Have proven research-based academic proficiency in an area of expertise that aligns to ABA
- Have relevant teaching experience (commensurate with stage in career) demonstrating the potential to develop and deliver the teaching of behaviour analysis, ASD, and SEN within an area of specialism.
