Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for a Band 5/6 CAMHS Mental Health Practitioner in the Wakefield area.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role would include:
1.Conducting assessments of children and young people with mental health difficulties

2.Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users and their families

3.Delivering a range of evidence-based interventions, including CBT, DBT, and family therapy

4.Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and occupational therapists

5.Providing support to children and young people and their families through individual and group interventions

6.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of interventions and outcomes
