RBH has a fantastic opportunity for a Money Advice and Financial Inclusion Manager to join their Tenancy Sustainability Services team to be accountable for the delivery of the performance and operational management of the Money Advice & Financial InclusionService

This is a key role in which you will ensure the provision of a pro-active and re-active money/welfarebenefit/debt advice service to support customers to maximise their income and reduce indebtedness.

With previous line management experience you will provide strong motivational leadership to the Tenancy Sustainability Services Team developing and embedding a performance culture, emphasising high standards, professionalism and fairness.

We are looking for someone with experience, knowledge and understanding of housing management and legislation with respect to debt and welfare issues (Universal Credit) and possession proceedings.

You will have a professional qualification in Housing, Money Advice or significant demonstrable knowledge and experience.

The ability to analyse & interpret data along with producing reports is essential and you will have effective case management knowledge and an awareness of project management methodology.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills which will allow you to develop and maintain effective relationships with partner agencies and other RBH teams.

Experience of coaching, mentoring and motivating colleagues to be the best they can be is also required.

Full UK driving licence and a vehicle available for business use is essential.

The role is full time (36 ¼ hours permanent) in accordance with smart working and service requirements. Work may be home, office and field-based - flexibility is required.
