**Job Purpose**:
The Student Ambassador Network Programme Assistant supports the Student Network Programme
Manager. You will support the ongoing development of our established and successful Student Ambassador Network and you will lead on programmes social media presence.
You will play a key role in supportng students, ensuring the activism projects support students’ employability skills and fundraising challenges.
**Reporting Line**:
Reports to Student Ambassador Network Programme Manager, based in UK - The role requires working closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager and Social Media Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and lead on promo,ng the Student Ambassador Network Social Media presence.
- Ensuring students are on-boarded to the programme and all administration is completed.
- Assisting in organising events for our students on the programme, giving them agency to do what they are passionate about and come up with their own unique ideas.
- Organise meetings and communications with all new and current students. Regularly meet and support students with their campaign activism project and fundraising challenges.
- Using a spreadsheet to track parts of the programme, like details of students, contact details, etc
- Ensuring all documents are up to date and in line with current information.
- Supporting the programme manager with evalua,on, collating surveys and looking at
feedback.
- Research modern slavery prevalence and manifestations in UK loca,ons under the direction of the Programme Manager.
- Maintain and regularly update the Mighty Networks plaZorm which hosts the training modules and network.
- Support the Programme Manager to develop and design appropriate resources for promo,on of the programme and the students’ activism projects.
- Participate in regular one-to-one meetings, project planning, team and external mee,ngs as agreed.
- Manage time in optimal way with flexibility on when you plan your working hours per week/ month but providing the Programme Manager with rough times on when you will be working for IAP

- Well organised and can prioritise tasks appropriately
- Good attention to detail, specifically with data and spreadsheets
- Strong interpersonal skills; flexible, confident and able to build strong relationships in different contexts.
- Able to communicate both wriSen and verbal and able to adapt communication to different audiences and on different plaZorms
- Taking initiative, if you find a better way to do something, do it We’re looking for someone who can be resourceful and search for more efficient and effec,ve ways to do things.
