This role is for a project manager who is hardworking, inspiring, and focused to play a key role in identifying the business needs, interpreting complex data, and leading the analysis and design activity through to successful delivery.
The Project Manager will support delivery of initiatives in the Pensions Core Lab in Insurance, Pension and Investment Division. The Lab has ownership for delivery of a portfolio of Legal and Regulatory change across multiple propositional areas. The role willensure that fundamentals of Project Management excellence are achieved. This includes analysis, governance, planning, leading finances and delivering value.
As a PM of the Future, you should role model a strive to develop their skills and experience, build space to learn and collaborate, demonstrate resilience and adaptability, confidence, and a desire to innovate and test new insights. Understand, embrace andbe able to select with confidence the most appropriate tools and methods to deliver change. They should seek to establish relationships across role communities, change teams and business areas to improve opportunities for continuous improvement through sharedfindings. Mentoring others in their team to achieve delivery excellence is also a key part of the role.

**Job Description**:

- Owns the delivering of a prescribed budget for own area of the organization and/or conducts analyses on budget progress in other areas while supporting established systems.
Delivers to meet customer needs related to standard products and services and/or develop a team.
- Identifies shortcomings and suggests improvements to existing processes, systems and procedures, then delivers a plan for a small element of an organisational change programme with mentorship from a project/programme manager.
- Delivers required outcomes for area of responsibility by operating within established knowledge management systems.
- Delivers outcomes by leading others and building successful teams.
Delivers own medium or large-scale projects by working within an established programme management plan.
- Investigates standard and non-routines incidents and reports and provides experienced advice to more senior colleagues while coordinating with all internal functions to facilitate effective progress of compliance programmes to minimize risk exposures andensure adherence with regulatory standards.
- Delivers prescribed outcomes for a designated area, using risk management systems to ensure the organisation is not exposed to undue risks.
- Achieves planned commitments by developing short-term and/or medium-term work schedules and using additional resources as needed.

- You're able to remain calm and lead the team effectively through constrained timescales and difficult projects.
- You've a well-developed communication kit bag with extensive customer management experience
- You can influence partners of all levels and balance partners expectations and facilitate discussions across high risk and complexity or under constrained timescales.
