**Job** **description** : In principle, the role is to work in our modern, expanding, printing department, learning and carrying out various tasks. These tasks would include printing, packing, labelling, cleaning printers and other equipment. We have many different machines, wide format, flat bed, heat presses etc.

**N.B. this is commercial printing, not small office printers.**

As with our whole business, this is a fast-paced environment where speed and accuracy are essential.

**Tasks / responsibilities will include**:

- Working under the guidance of the senior print room operator
- Running printers
- Running heat press
- Packing
- Maintaining machines
- Working with purchase orders
- Follow instruction/procedures and work in a professional, safe, efficient manner

**Skills/Qualifications**
- Interest in the printing industry
- Organise and prioritise
- Communicate to a good standard
- Recognize that attention to detail is paramount
- Ability to multitask
- Demonstrate good levels of IT knowledge and using Office programmes
- Good levels of Maths and English
- Must be reliable, professional and punctual
- An active interest in graphic design would be advantageous

Hours: Monday to Friday

Start date: TBA, Applicants must be legally entitled to work full time in the UK.

References will be required
