**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
The role of Yard Operative is primarily the unloading, picking and loading of crawler track systems or components thereof. The Yard Operative will be trained to, and is responsible for, stock storage and preservation to the standards prescribed by the business. The role reports directly to Team Leaders and will require the Yard Operative to be flexible and move between areas of the Yard as requested in order to maintain production flow.
- **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:_

The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicles.

Unload and store inbound shipments safely to correct locations.

Efficiently stack and store the parts in the appropriate locations

Report Stock Discrepancies.

Complete other reasonable duties as requested by Management.

Operation of a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count parts.

Load outbound shipments.

Supply products to the production line.

Ensure stock rotation

Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.

Ensure all work is conducted to the requirements of the Environmental Management System with an environmentally conscious approach
- **QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**_:

- FLT Operator - Counter Balance / Combi Lift /Scissor Lift (Training may be provided)_
- The ability to read and understand written and pictorial instructions_
- Experience of working in a warehousing / manufacturing /in and outdoor environment._
- Flexible, fast learner._
- Team Player_
