The Exchange is a vibrant community arts centre managed by St Mary’s University. It is based in the heart of Twickenham, comprising of a theatre space for an audience of 300 people, six multi-purpose studio rooms and a large conservatory area.

We offer a range of events including comedy, theatre, music and public talks as well as hosting a variety of University and community bookings, including after school children’s clubs, health and wellbeing classes, academic teaching and meetings

**Job Purpose**:
This role is based in a close-knit team in a busy and varied environment. You will be responsible for upholding all areas of the venue to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. Creating a welcoming and pleasant environment for staff, students and visitors, in the provision of room set up, cleaning, security support, catering support, Health and Safety and event support, working in a flexible way with your colleagues.

You will be expected to work in any area required by The Exchange to support service delivery. You will need to work flexibly to meet times of high demand, including early mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.
