Based in heart of the West End of Central London, this high-profile organisation, is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team. This organisation has a fantastic reputation, is global and are incredibly successful.

**The main duties of the role are**:

- Key point of liaison in finance for the HQ - key stakeholders include the shared services team, the teams included in the HQ, Country Finance teams and the Group reporting and Group treasury teams
- Oversee, review and analyse the monthly management accounts for the HQ
- Prepare the monthly rolling cash flow (12m/18m) for the EME region and provide commentary on key movements
- Prepare key reconciliations/analysis to support decision making in the business including forecast bridges, cross border P&L analysis and acquisition payment analysis
- Facilitate the organisation of key payments (e.g. dividends, acquisition payments, share vesting's and key recharges) alongside Group Treasury and the Shared Services team
- Prepare the annual financial statements for 2 UK holding companies and oversight of the preparation of other UK holding companies in the region (currently 3 prepared by the team in the Middle East).
- Act as the key point of contact and resolution of any queries during the annual audit of the UK
- Support our revenue generating teams with ad-hoc invoicing through liaison with the UK finance team, group legal and group VAT.
- Take ownership of deliverables concerning tax and VAT and act as the key contact for the EME HQ with the group tax and Group VAT functions.
- FP&A responsibilities_- Support the FP&A team with the monthly, interim and year-end reporting for EME
- Coordination of certain finance teams across Europe to facilitate the timely and accurate production of financial information and liaise directly with them to resolve any queries raised or areas identified for further investigation
- Review Balance Sheets for certain European entities on a quarterly basis and respond to any Balance Sheet-related requests from Plc or other areas of the business
- Support the annual Remuneration Committee process by analysing and presenting the data submitted by each country ahead of each Remuneration Committee meeting
- Prepare and review the monthly EME headcount reports

**Experience/qualifications required**:

- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with at least 3 years' post qualified experience
- Use of the Microsoft ERP systems is essential.
- Experience of using a large-scale consolidation and reporting system is necessary, with Hyperion (Oracle financial reporting system) use highly desirable.
- Previous experience of management accounting oversight (both P&L and Balance Sheet) is essential.
- High standard of Excel and PowerPoint based financial reporting skills
