As a Life Science Senior Recruitment Consultant, your primary responsibility is to provide expert guidance and strategic advice to clients in the life science industry. You will leverage your deep understanding of the sector, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and healthcare, to deliver innovative solutions that address complex challenges faced by organizations in this field.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to develop tailored solutions that align with their strategic goals.

Strategic Planning: Lead and participate in the formulation of strategic plans for clients, encompassing market analysis, product development, regulatory compliance, and commercialisation strategies.

Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying potential clients, cultivating relationships, and participating in proposal development.

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing them with support and professional development opportunities.

Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in life sciences, attend conferences, and participate in thought leadership activities to maintain expertise in the field.
- Conduct research and analysis in the life science industry to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and business opportunities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand client base and increase revenue
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are met within budget and timeline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans and strategies
- Provide business analysis and recommendations based on market research and industry insights

**Skills**:

- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively
- Proven experience in business development, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and make strategic recommendations
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

This role requires a deep understanding of the life science industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive business growth through effective research, business development, project management, and business analysis. **Salary**: £24,553.49-£70,000.00 per year
