It’s an exciting time within the organization and we are looking for talented individuals to join the ABS Team to help us manage growth within our business. As a Fleet Administrator, you will support our clients in managing their fleet while providing a 1st class Customer Service to their customers through our dedicated contact centre.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately capture and ensure that records are maintained in compliance with the processes outlined within the ABS Management System
- Accurately capture vehicle related fines and ensure that records are maintained in compliance with the processes outlined within the ABS Fines Management System
- Ensuring all orders are despatched within the agreed Client service levels
- Ensuring all incoming documentation and items are accurately captured within the online asset management system.
- Responsible for the timely resolution of queries & issues raised with orders
- Take responsibility for selected services within ABS’ service portfolio to support clients ensuring key KPI’s and SLA’s are adhered to
- Work hand-in-hand with colleagues to further advance existing relationships and build new ones
- Engage, and maintain regular communication with key stakeholders across the organisation
**Your Profile**
In order to be successful in the role, you must have a proactive, enthusiastic and forward thinking, and have good communication skills. You must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong administration and organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. You must be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic and believe in being part of a team. You will need to be able to use a computer with good keyboard skills and have a competent level of written and oral skills.
