Position: Live Chat Advisor

Location: Birkenhead

Hours: 9am-6pm Monday-Sunday (any 5 out of 7 days)

**Salary**: £9.50 Per Hour - Weekly Pay

We are currently seeking Live Chat advisors to work on behalf of a well-known retail-based company. Starting on 13.03.23 short-term Role.

Duties
- Processing customer enquiries and amendments as requested
- Liaising with customers, internal/external departments
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, identify and escalate priority issues
- Ability to problem solve in a high-volume environment
- Demonstrates a high standard of dexterity in all areas of keyboard use
- Demonstrates good logical thought process

**Skills**:

- Excellent written communication skills, grammar and punctuality
- Customer Focused, offering a friendly, polite, and empathetic tone
- Committed to delivery of a consistently high quality of customer service
- Excellent conflict management skills and objection handling techniques
- Basic level of keyboard competence and computer literacy
- Enjoy working within pressurised, target driven team
- Self-motivated with an aptitude for maintaining enthusiasm and focus within a routine environment
