**The Role**:
A day in the life of a Senior Client Support Administrator at Chase de Vere is fast paced and varied. Alongside supporting and being a point of contact for your Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delegating workload amongst the team and ensuring the needs of our advisers and clients are met.

**Responsibilities**:
Your role will include
- Responding to day to day technical and process queries from advisers, administrators and clients
- Completing Pre-Sale (Servicing) and Post-Sale (Processing) administrative tasks
- Delivering an efficient support service to the IFA’s whilst providing an excellent service to our clients and providers
- Supporting new staff and assisting with their on boarding, training and development
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues across the business

**Experience and Skills**:

- Qualified to A-Level standard or equivalent essential
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to instil confidence
- Experience of working in an administrative capacity within financial services.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Excellent attention to detail
