At present, we have an exciting opportunity for an approachable, enthusiastic individual looking for permanent, long term work to join our team of fitters. Great customer service and retail experience is essential. All training will be given in store during working hours.

The Personal Touch is a lingerie store with branches in Stirling and Bathgate where we pride ourselves on offering an expert fitting service in a welcoming atmosphere. Stocking brands such as Freya, Elomi, Fantasie and Panache we understand the difference high quality, great fitting lingerie and swimwear can make to every body.
- Have a passion for customer care and delivering outstanding service. Preferably you should have previous experience in lingerie retail and fitting.
- Be able to work efficiently in processing sales using cash and card facilities and wrapping goods with care.
- Be enthusiastic and engaging about the products we sell and about fitting. We are always learning as our range of products changes and expands every season
- Have great communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Work well within a team.

Have energy and enthusiasm whilst being able to remain focused while working in a busy retail environment.

**Duties include**:

- Fitting lingerie and swimwear, once fully trained.
- Welcoming customers in store and listening to their needs, providing great customer service.
- Learning about the products we stock and using your product knowledge to guide customers to the best solutions for their needs.
- Maintaining the store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Restocking products daily.
- Assisting in processing stock and customer orders.
- Processing deliveries and putting away stock and customer items appropriately.
- Answering customer queries, contacting stockists and our other store by telephone.
