**_What we are looking for:_**:
Our growing company is looking to hire a Project Coordinator who will work closely with the Technical Account Manager and collaborate with other key team members. You will support them in aligning external and internal tasks to ensure project delivery deadlines are met each production release cycle.

What you would do as our Project Coordinator:_**:

- Assisting technical account manager and other key team members to create and share work plans and timelines
- Updating changing priorities between internal and external (customer) systems
- Creating new requirements internally and modifying external systems to match when required
- Handling and effectively communicating update requests to various teams
- Managing documentation - release notes / functional specs to be stored in correct folders for future reference
- Updating calls with details of software releases and managing other release admin tasks
- Assisting with supplier organisation / calls / changes
- Carrying out various administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:
**_To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate:_**:

- A degree is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of Testing and Call logging systems, for example, Jira
- Ability to multi-task and manage diverse tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team and individually with limited supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Interest in pursuing or furthering a career in Project Management
- Experience in or desire to learn about the Travel domain
