This position would suit an experienced individual who has come from a strong finance/pensions background and has project management experience including scoping and managing projects.

Starting asap will be responsible for assisting in the roll out of a new pension scheme. The school currently has 2 in place, 1 for Teachers and 1 for support staff and they are introducing a third optional scheme for staff.

Responsibilities include:

- Previous experience of consulting on new pension arrangements highly advantageous
- Ability to lead on communicating pension arrangements
- Exceptional communication skills as regular contact with the senior leadership team
- Analysing and delivering regular reports on the project plan
- Liaise with external pension lead and arrange meetings with staff
- Preparation and delivery of all communication including letters to staff who have opted in
- Regular contact with IT/Payroll to ensure system requirements and specifications are tested and met.
