**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Advisor to join our client's team. As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to their employees and management team. You will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. If you have a strong background in HR and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies and procedures
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and document preparation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR

**Experience**:

- CIPD qualified (ideally level 5, minimum level 3)
- Proven experience working in a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes is an advantage

**Salary**: £32,831.40-£37,000.00 per year
