House Keeper (Up to 16 Hours per week, more available during peak season)

The Beacon Country House Hotel is a 12 bedroomed family run hotel situated on the slopes of St Agnes Beacon together with 4 New Shepherd Huts.

With panoramic views and an excellent reputation our hotel provides hotel and self catering breaks for guests of all ages who look to visit and stay in the local areas. With a good reputation and a small friendly team we are excited to have the opportunity to look for a house keeper to help assist our housekeeping team in the general housekeeping duties ensuring our bedrooms shepherd huts and public areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.

Experience not necessary just a willingness to learn, work hard ,and most importantly be reliable.

**Key Duties Include**
- Assisting in General Hotel and Shepherd Hut House Keeping Duties
- Cleaning of guests bedrooms/Shepherd Huts
- Cleaning of hotel public areas
- Ensuring a high standard to cleanliness is maintained and followed throughout hotel.

**Hours**
- 5+ Shifts Available Per Week during season.
- Shift Times 09.30 - 13.30 (sometimes a bit shorter or longer depending on number of changeovers).
- Must be able to work at least a Saturday or a Sunday.
- Hourly pay - rate dependant on age (includes holiday pay).

**Desirable Characteristics**:

- Good interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Follow Health & Safety requirements
- Possess good judgement, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective time keeping and time management

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: Up to £11.76 per hour
