**Duties**:
- Contact potential or existing clients to discuss the'yre existing protection policy
- Answer any relevent questions the client may have
- Ask potential clients relevent questions to gain an understanding on the best course of action for them
- Transfer potential clients to our in house protection advisers
- remain polite and professional at all times
**Requirements**:
- Experience as a telesales agent or similar sales/customer service role is preferred but not essential as full training provided
- Track record of successfully meeting set targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn about products and services and effectively explain them to clients
- Excellent Enlgish speaking skills
- Outstanding customer service skills

Working hours: - 9.30am until 5.30pm Monday - Thursday - 9.30am until 3.00pm Friday
