Night Carer

**We employ carers who are positive, caring, proactive, willing to learn and develop their knowledge. We value experience however we provide full training and support for each and every carer, so experience is not necessary.**

Our induction and training programme goes far above the expected industry norm, all our carers must go through an enhanced DBS police check and referencing process.

Since 2012 our family has grown and we have developed our team of kind hearted carers who go above and beyond for any clients they support in their own home or out in the community. Many come to work for us through word of mouth and like our family orientated culture.

Our carers are responsible for delivering high quality, front-line care to our customers to enable them to live independently in their own home. We always provide care that is person centred to meet a customer’s very individual needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14.50-£20.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All carers are required to do daily COVID tests on working days, carers are also required to wear PPE when doing personal care. All carers are also required to do COVID-19 and infection control training.
