- Proficiency in a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, and painting
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with property owners and other team members
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to maintenance work
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £300.00-£400.00 per week
