**The Role**:
As an Audit and Compliance Assistant, you will work closely with our Audit and Compliance Manager to uphold the highest standards of compliance, risk management, and data protection. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting audits and reviews of specified handler's caseloads.
- Following the set case manager file review checklist as part of the audit routine.
- Immediately reporting any serious breaches or risks to the Audit and Compliance Manager.
- Identifying areas of improvement and inconsistency, providing valuable feedback.
- Maintaining relationships with staff and supporting adherence to guidelines and procedures.
- Providing detailed reports to the Audit and Compliance Manager following case reviews.
- Utilizing various tools, such as call recordings and case manager reports, to assist in the review process.
- Maintaining handler audit records and databases, ensuring the resolution of identified issues.
- Staying updated on legislative developments affecting claims and compliance.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Legal Practice, with knowledge of auditing and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in the Personal Injury and Automotive claims sector with excellent technical claims knowledge.
- Familiarity with protocol agreements with insurers.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to analyze data to identify patterns and trends.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in interpreting management information and using data to improve performance.
- Organized and able to plan and monitor work tasks effectively.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:
- Claims Processing: 1 year (preferred)
- Legal Practice: 1 year (required)
- Personal Injury and Automotive claims sector: 1 year (preferred)
